Description

You will build and lead the team responsible for how developers discover, onboard, build, and scale financial applications on the XRP Ledger (XRPL). You will set the vision and strategy for developer experience, grow the developer ecosystem, and ensure blockchain technologies are implemented responsibly.

Requirements

• 7+ years building and leading developer relations or technical product teams
• Deep understanding of financial instruments and market structure
• Technical credibility to translate complex concepts for various audiences
• Insight into developer psychology and behavior
• Hands-on technical abilities

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the strategy for how developers build financial solutions on XRPL
• Create frameworks for measuring developer success aligned with business objectives
• Build scalable frameworks to accelerate developer adoption
• Organize developer events, workshops, and hackathons
• Generate technical content including guides and code demos
