Description

You will define and execute the 3rd-party integration strategy for the Moveworks platform, working with data, engineering, and customer success to bring new ITSM, ERP, CRM, HRIS, and IGA integrations to life. You'll drive product development from concept to launch, inspire support engineering teams, and ensure designers understand customer pain.

Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in a technical role
• 2+ years experience working with and building product leveraging other product APIs
• Proven track record of taking ownership of product goals and delivering against them
• Sound framework for when to iterate, when to discard, and when to scale products
• Ability to create product specs identifying problems, opportunity, goals, metrics, use cases, and product requirements

Responsibilities

• Build out the Moveworks 3rd party Integration strategy including investigating, planning, and executing new integrations with ITSM, ERP, CRM, HRIS, IGA platforms
• Build Stakeholder experience products to gain visibility and control of the Moveworks Platform
• Inspire support engineering teams through collaborative goal setting, project definition, milestone development, and tactical support
• Ensure designers deeply understand customer pain and can test ideas rapidly
• Support deployment team in helping customers realize product value quickly
