🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct Start of Care admissions and OASIS assessments
• Perform wound care, medication reconciliation, and treatments
• Initiate and administer IV medications per protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team on patient care

📋 Requirements

• Current CA RN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Experience with OASIS assessments
