You'll lead high-impact client engagements at a fast-growing legal AI company, managing a team of Legal Engineers to drive adoption and measurable outcomes. You'll combine legal expertise, product knowledge, and people leadership to deliver complex implementations and shape scalable processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise-level pilots and implementations across multiple stakeholders
• Own priority client use cases and shape scalable onboarding frameworks
• Act as senior thought partner to clients and build trusted relationships
• Deliver executive-level demos and articulate value proposition
• Influence internal teams on implementation strategy

📋 Requirements

• Law background with experience at a top-tier firm or in-house team
• People management experience in a client-facing delivery environment
• Senior level delivery of complex client implementations
• Product-savvy with strong grasp of generative AI and legal workflows
