You'll join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as an Account Executive for the SMB segment. You'll own your pipeline, lead high-stakes opportunities, and collaborate with SDRs and Account Managers. This role offers extensive MEDDIC training and AI-empowered selling tools to maximize your efficiency.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and execute creative outbound strategies to engage C-Levels and HR Directors.
- Run in-depth discovery sessions using the MEDDIC framework.
- Lead high-stakes opportunities, pitching and negotiating MSAs.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline and forecast data within CRM.
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years of high-performance sales experience (BDR/SDR or Junior AE).
- Native-level German language skills.
- Proven track record of hitting KPIs and targets.
- Tech-savvy with CRM proficiency.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or marketplace sales.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales methodology.
- Experience selling to HR or procurement teams.
