You'll join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as an Account Executive for the SMB segment. You'll own your pipeline, lead high-stakes opportunities, and collaborate with SDRs and Account Managers. This role offers extensive MEDDIC training and AI-empowered selling tools to maximize your efficiency.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and execute creative outbound strategies to engage C-Levels and HR Directors.
  • Run in-depth discovery sessions using the MEDDIC framework.
  • Lead high-stakes opportunities, pitching and negotiating MSAs.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline and forecast data within CRM.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-2 years of high-performance sales experience (BDR/SDR or Junior AE).
  • Native-level German language skills.
  • Proven track record of hitting KPIs and targets.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM proficiency.

  • Experience in SaaS or marketplace sales.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales methodology.
