You'll lead complex technical projects for a two-sided labor marketplace connecting 5M+ workers with enterprise clients like Pepsi and Starbucks. Your work will directly impact shift fill rates and worker conversion. You'll mentor junior engineers and drive technical vision using a modern MERN stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical projects from ideation through deployment
• Design and build features using Node.js, React, Python, GCP
• Monitor platform performance in high-volume marketplace
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in scaling the team

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Core competency with Python, Javascript/Typescript, Node.js
• Experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and design teams

• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
• Experience with React Native
• Knowledge of dispatch algorithms or marketplace dynamics
