You'll own the full creator partnerships cycle at Almedia, Europe's #3 fastest-growing company in 2025. You'll drive performance by hunting down creators and closing deals that reward our 70M+ user community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and identify high-potential creators on Instagram and YouTube
• Lead outreach and build long-term creator partnerships
• Negotiate deals with creators, agencies, and MCNs
• Own campaigns from briefing to go-live and performance review

📋 Requirements

• 1–4 years in influencer marketing or creator management
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and YouTube formats and trends
• Proven experience negotiating with creators or agencies
• Fluent in German and English

• Experience with creator tools like Modash or Grin
• Background in performance marketing or mobile user acquisition
• Existing creator network
