You'll evaluate M&A opportunities, support capital markets activities, and drive long-range financial planning at GFiber. You'll own the company's 10-year integrated financial model and build sophisticated models for potential acquisitions. This role balances immediate transaction execution with the long-term vision of network expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the development and annual refresh of 10-year integrated financial model.
• Build sophisticated financial models for M&A valuation.
• Assist in evaluating funding strategies and executing financing activities.
• Conduct deep-dive industry research into the telecommunications sector.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 4 years of corporate development experience or 2 years in Investment Banking.
• Experience building complex, multi-year integrated financial models in Excel.
• Direct exposure to capital markets transactions (Debt or Equity).

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of fiber-to-the-home economics.
• Experience at a company supporting capital markets or M&A.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
