💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets. This role offers the chance to open and close the store and assist with planogram changes.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
