💼 About This Role

You'll build and nurture relationships with external game designers to source and evaluate new concepts for Exploding Kittens games. You'll own the end-to-end process for discovering and developing the next generation of tabletop games, from pitch to contract. This is a newly created role with significant ownership and the chance to shape how future games come to life.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct outreach to game designers and source new concepts
• Attend tabletop gaming conventions to meet inventors
• Evaluate submissions and coordinate cross-functional reviews
• Manage inventor submissions database and quarterly budget

📋 Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Deep understanding of tabletop gaming landscape
• Solid grasp of game design principles and commercial potential

• Experience with contract negotiations
• Familiarity with IP licensing or royalty management
• Prior experience in inventor relations or scouting
