💼 About This Role

You'll provide direct support to the Acquisition Operations Director within the Cargo Helicopters PMO, coordinating communications and tasker management across the organization. You will manage ETMS2 tasking systems and translate strategic direction into actionable objectives to ensure timely execution of operational functions. This role offers the opportunity to streamline PMO processes and lead special initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as initial PMO point of contact for briefings, reports, and deliverables
• Manage and coordinate staffing of taskers using ETMS2
• Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders
• Lead special initiatives on organizational structure and resource planning

📋 Requirements

• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 13 years experience (or HS + 17 years)
• Experience in U.S. Army operations at O-6/APEO level
• Proficiency in ETMS2 or equivalent tasker system

✨ Nice to Have

• DAU Program Management Level II certification
• Familiarity with DoDI 5000 series Acquisition Instructions
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales programs
