You'll define and lead the global marketing strategy for a fast-scaling AdTech group, shaping brand, product marketing, and growth. You'll drive US market entry and build marketing foundations from the ground up. This role offers full strategic autonomy with international scope.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead global marketing strategy across brand, product marketing, and growth.
• Design and execute US market entry strategy with positioning and messaging.
• Oversee product marketing initiatives translating technical capabilities into narratives.
• Develop competitive intelligence frameworks including positioning maps and battlecards.
• Lead full-funnel growth marketing including performance marketing and SEO.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience building and scaling marketing functions in high-growth environments.
• Strong expertise in both brand strategy and performance/growth marketing.
• Fluency in both French and English with experience across European and US markets.
