You'll act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the OneTrust platform. You'll drive revenue retention and growth through proactive engagement and deep product expertise.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Deliver proactive communication and manage escalations
- Align customer roadmap with product roadmap
- Utilize adoption metrics to identify risk and growth opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 5-6+ years in client-facing CSM or consulting role
- BA/BS in relevant subject
- Experience managing Enterprise or strategic customers
- Proficiency in SFDC and Gainsight
