  • Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Deliver proactive communication and manage escalations
  • Align customer roadmap with product roadmap
  • Utilize adoption metrics to identify risk and growth opportunities

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-6+ years in client-facing CSM or consulting role
  • BA/BS in relevant subject
  • Experience managing Enterprise or strategic customers
  • Proficiency in SFDC and Gainsight
