You'll oversee accounting operations and lead financial reporting at a fast-growing mobile app developer. You'll ensure compliance with Turkish regulations while driving process improvements across the finance function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance
• Prepare financial statements including income statements and balance sheets
• Lead monthly financial closing activities and audits
• Manage bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts payable records

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in accounting roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP programs
• Familiarity with Turkish legal regulations on accounting and taxation

✨ Nice to Have

• Big Four audit company experience
• CPA license
• B1 or above English proficiency
