💼 About This Role

You'll administer and optimize Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools for a global enterprise. You'll design workflows, manage integrations, and support the PMO to keep teams efficient. This role offers the chance to work remotely within Canada.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Jira, Confluence, JSM, and other Atlassian products
• Design and optimize Jira workflows and automation rules
• Manage integrations with identity management and CI/CD pipelines
• Handle the support queue and troubleshoot user issues

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as an Atlassian Administrator
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Expertise in JQL and advanced reporting
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall

✨ Nice to Have

• Coding skills in Groovy or Python
• One or more Atlassian certifications
• Experience with Statuspage and Atlassian Goals
