💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch. You'll help train new team members and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role combines customer experience leadership with operational duties in a fun, cause-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for shifts.
