💼 About This Role

You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at the loudest store in the mall. You'll share your fandom knowledge, process sales, and help merchandise the store to keep it visually appealing. This role is all about creating a welcoming environment that makes customers want to return.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover the sales floor and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandise mix
• Support stock room organization and maintain store tidiness

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to merchandise product using approved store equipment
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
