💼 About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for a named list of mid-enterprise accounts in Japan, driving outbound pipeline and closing six-figure deals. You'll partner cross-functionally to refine GTM strategy and serve as a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders. This founding role offers direct revenue responsibility in a high-growth AI startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, run PoVs, and close
- Drive outbound pipeline in named mid-enterprise accounts
- Deliver high-impact demos to technical and business stakeholders
- Land and expand, grow usage across multiple teams
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying experience in technical SaaS
- Proven success closing six-figure deals
- Experience selling to engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs Eng, DevOps)
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn complex products
