📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience including hands-on engineering, project management, and people management.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks and design/manufacturing/process systems.
• Experience in food, pharma, or relevant industry with safety regulations.
