💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team as a Part-Time Assistant Manager, using your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help daily operations. You'll create an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans while contributing to sales goals. This role offers the chance to develop leadership skills with a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience for customers.
• Step up to cover the sales floor when managers are pulled away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using approved equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
