• Evaluate and identify customer needs, building long-term solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through process development.
• Manage new product installs and subsequent process development.
• Lead new site start-up and planning for successful execution.

📋 Requirements

• Master degree or above in a relevant field.
• Solid technical knowledge in the Semiconductor industry, preferably CVD/ALD/Furnace/EPI.
• Industry experience supporting complex instrumentation and applications.
• Ability to work in a team environment with tight deadlines.
