💼 About This Role

You'll join the Partner Support Team to pinpoint and resolve bugs across Bestow's life insurance platform, working with internal engineers and enterprise customers. Your work ensures products stay technically optimal, directly impacting carrier relationships and industry modernization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead bug fixes and solutions with internal and external engineers
• Coordinate with Product Managers on bug fixes and enhancements
• Serve as technical representative for enterprise customers
• Monitor FTK services to ensure product usability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Python, Go, or TypeScript
• Experience with microservice architecture development and debugging
• Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously across product areas
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Insurance, fintech, or B2B SaaS experience
• Knowledge of policy administration or underwriting concepts
• Computer Science degree
