🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure correct and consistent use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Structure, analyze, and improve sales pipeline and forecasting
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and performance reports
• Standardize and optimize commercial processes across the sales funnel

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields
• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms in a commercial environment
• Strong analytical skills in pipeline management and forecasting
