Description
You will own the subscription renewal lifecycle for strategic accounts, executing high-touch strategies to retain and grow revenue. You'll coordinate with sales, customer success, and finance to mitigate risks and maximize customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in high-touch renewals or strategic sales
- Proven ability to negotiate multi-million dollar contracts
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Analytical skills for interpreting renewal data and ACV/ARR models
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Responsibilities
- Manage renewal process for strategic accounts 240–180 days ahead of expiration
- Engage executive stakeholders and channel partners to negotiate contracts
- Conduct internal account reviews for renewals exceeding ACV threshold
- Develop and present tailored renewal proposals and pricing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide renewal trend reports
