Description

You will own the subscription renewal lifecycle for strategic accounts, executing high-touch strategies to retain and grow revenue. You'll coordinate with sales, customer success, and finance to mitigate risks and maximize customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in high-touch renewals or strategic sales
  • Proven ability to negotiate multi-million dollar contracts
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Analytical skills for interpreting renewal data and ACV/ARR models
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal process for strategic accounts 240–180 days ahead of expiration
  • Engage executive stakeholders and channel partners to negotiate contracts
  • Conduct internal account reviews for renewals exceeding ACV threshold
  • Develop and present tailored renewal proposals and pricing
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide renewal trend reports
