💼 About This Role

You'll perform inpatient coding audits and review services for client sites remotely from a home office. You'll identify coding trends, formulate corrective action plans, and provide in-service education to clients. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform inpatient coding audit and review services for client sites.
• Identify trends based on audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct research to support audit findings using CMS transmittals and program memorandums.
• Provide in-service education to clients on specific coding trends.

📋 Requirements

• RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification
• 2-5 years' minimum experience performing inpatient facility audits and reviews
• Ability to remain impartial and objective in presenting audit findings
• Strong computer skills including use of audit software and secure file transfer
