Responsibilities

• Review and analyse regulatory developments and communicate impact on business
• Assess risks and maintain the Risk Register
• Oversee regulatory breaches, complaints, data protection, and financial crime
• Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance
• Drive FCA direct authorisation application
