Description

You will provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs in their homes. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements

• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in NJ
• CPR certified

Responsibilities

• Provide trach/vent care to pediatric clients in home setting
• Deliver hands-on care with one client per day
• Build client relationships and observe milestones
• Use electronic charting system (Statewise)
• Work traditional shifts (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours)
