You'll partner with the Head of People to design and operationalize programs across all COEs. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, coach managers, and help the org scale without breaking. This role offers a chance to build the People function at a company powering voice AI for OpenAI and Salesforce.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in People Business Partner roles
• Ability to assess risk and decide when to escalate
• Strong communication skills with direct feedback style
• Experience in scaling People functions at growth companies
