💼 About This Role

You'll execute the tactical social media publishing for a high-performance media studio, owning the end-to-end upload and packaging for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You'll ensure 100% on-time posting with flawless metadata, captions, and CTAs. This role is the operational backbone of a fast-growing media powerhouse.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily publishing calendar and upload process for all social platforms.
• Draft and adapt high-performance captions and headlines per platform.
• Monitor comments and engage community to foster brand loyalty.
• Ensure all social assets are properly labeled, stored, and retrievable.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in social media coordination or digital marketing.
• Expert-level knowledge of native management tools for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage high-volume uploads without sacrificing quality.
• Familiarity with asset management systems like Frame.io or Dropbox.

• Experience with AI tools for captioning or scheduling.
