- Manage GP-Support team in Americas time zone
- Plan and integrate industry best practices for operational efficiency
- Mentor, coach, and set performance goals for direct reports
- Achieve service delivery metrics, SLA, and customer satisfaction targets
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT on customer support activities
