• Support shift leader in organizing production processes
• Lead and schedule shift employees
• Monitor and enforce safety, quality, and hygiene standards
• Contribute to process optimization and implement lean tools

📋 Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training
• First experience in employee leadership in production
• Willingness for 3-shift work and workplace changes
• Fluent German skills
