📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of HR/People Operations experience at a high-growth tech company
• Experience building and presenting HR data analytics
• Ability to manage both operational and strategic people initiatives
• High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills

• Prior experience using Rippling
• Experience supporting a hybrid team
