You'll provide individualized patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team at a health optimization and longevity center. You'll conduct comprehensive consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and wellness practitioners to deliver holistic care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality individualized patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient needs and goals
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
• Develop tailored health optimization protocols based on patient history

📋 Requirements

• Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree from accredited institution
• Current and valid state licensure as a Naturopathic Doctor
• 3 years of Naturopathic Doctor experience in primary care or related field
• Proficient in EMR usage and documentation

• Board certification in relevant specialty areas
