💼 About This Role

You'll manage commercial contracts, corporate governance, and M&A diligence for a PE-backed compliance SaaS company. You'll work directly with executive leadership and outside counsel to drive legal operations and improve processes. This role offers significant autonomy and high visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and manage commercial contracts including NDAs and SaaS agreements
• Maintain employee-facing documents and ensure signed versions are saved
• Serve as primary liaison with external legal counsel, managing timelines and budgets
• Support board meeting preparation, corporate records, and entity filings

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of paralegal or corporate legal experience
• Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and contract law
• Experience in a fast-paced tech or PE-backed environment

✨ Nice to Have

• In-house experience strongly preferred
• Experience with M&A processes
• Experience with CLM platforms
