You'll manage end-to-end payment disputes as part of the FinCrime function, supporting chargeback handling across card schemes. Your work directly ensures operational accuracy and merchant support while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers a chance to develop expertise in compliance within a rapidly growing hotel tech unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end handling of payment disputes including case review and evidence preparation
• Maintain assigned dispute queue ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Maintain audit-ready case documentation with clear notes and adherence to guidelines
• Communicate with merchants to explain dispute processes and request documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PayOps, Fraud Operations, and Customer Success

📋 Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills
• Previous experience in payments or chargebacks
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to interpret card scheme rules and internal procedures
