Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, data scientists
• Data-informed approach to understand user behavior and measure success
• Strong communication skills: simplify complex technical concepts
• Proactive leader comfortable with ambiguity and multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, stakeholders) to navigate trade-offs and prioritize work
• Own user experience: identify impactful features and build execution plans
• Drive roadmap balancing big ideas with shipping reality
• Influence company strategy with data-backed reasoning
• Run A/B tests to iterate and improve the app
