💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end global payroll and accounts payable processes for a high-growth AI startup using Rippling and Bill.com. Your work ensures accurate and compliant compensation across US and international entities while supporting month-end close. This Series B company offers a chance to build systems from scratch with a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process semi-monthly US payroll in Rippling and monthly India payroll via EOR
• Review and validate hours, commissions, bonuses, and pay adjustments
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Process AP invoices in Bill.com and apply accurate GL coding

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of progressive payroll and/or AP experience in a high-growth startup
• Hands-on experience running multi-state US payroll
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reconciliations)

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience in Rippling payroll and/or Bill.com AP
• Exposure to international payroll (India/Bangalore a plus)
• FPC or CPP certification is a plus
