You'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop essential life and social skills. Your work directly impacts their independence and communication. This role offers supervision toward BCBA certification within a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families

📋 Requirements

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology
• Experience with behavior management strategies
