You'll lead reliability testing for Mainspring's Linear Generator, a fuel-flexible power generation technology. You'll drive failure analysis and FMEA to improve product performance. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge energy technology with a rapidly scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform reliability testing including mechanical stress, shock, vibration, and environmental tests
• Conduct failure analysis to derive root cause
• Lead cross-functional teams executing FMEA for design, process, and maintenance
• Design, build, and run specialized test equipment for electrical operating circuits

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years experience with electrical hardware reliability testing
• In-depth understanding and use of FMEA
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities (Python, Matlab, JMP, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with failure analysis techniques such as X-ray, CT, cross-sectioning
• Experience in compliance testing and knowledge of UL, IEC standards
• Strong understanding of mechanical assemblies
