📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 4+ years focused on technical recruiting.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Proven track record hiring in fast-paced environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby, Pin, or Claude.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders.
