You will lead an autonomous DevOps Tooling and Developer Experience team, driving developer tools and cloud developer experience. Your role involves coaching team members, removing blockers, and tackling ambitious technical challenges to empower Smartly developers.

Requirements

• Experienced people leader with proven ability in building and leading high-performing teams
• Experience throughout full software life-cycle in environment with multiple teams
• Built and maintained large-scale, high-availability public cloud infrastructures
• Experience in agile development practices and pragmatism to know tradeoffs
• Ability to deliver constructive feedback, empathetic and user-focused, skilled engineer willing to be hands-on
