💼 About This Role

You'll support data-driven decision-making across the organization as part of the Finance team. You'll analyze financial and operational data to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. This role offers a path to grow through four levels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
• Analyze historical financial data to identify trends
• Assist with month-end close and variance analysis
• Build and maintain financial models for business decisions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Internship or up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

• Exposure to financial planning systems like Sage Intacct or Vena
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for large datasets
• Demonstrated interest in corporate finance or analytics
