💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist, providing venipuncture and front desk support in a primary care office. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless in-office experience. This role combines clinical and administrative duties in a culture focused on feedback and growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture on patients from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Handle front desk duties including check-in, insurance verification, scheduling
• Assist with extended scope duties such as EKGs, vitals, and vaccines
• Maintain lab supplies and ensure proper specimen labeling and processing

📋 Requirements

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of externship
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build patient relationships
• Proficiency in computer technology including typing and navigating multiple software systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent
