💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Temporal's go-to employment lawyer across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with the People team to balance compliance and risk. Your work will directly support international expansion into key global markets while building scalable processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on hiring, performance management, accommodations, and separations
• Lead legal strategy for employment programs and develop policies
• Support international expansion and coordinate with local counsel
• Manage global EOR relationships and transitions

📋 Requirements

• JD and active US state bar membership
• 10+ years of experience in US and global employment law
• Experience building scalable policy and process foundations
• Working knowledge of global privacy laws for employee data
