💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial oversight of inventory and logistics cost flows at ASM, a semiconductor equipment leader. You'll own end-to-end inventory financial management and serve as the primary finance partner to supply chain operations. This role provides essential financial rigor in a high-stakes industry where inventory values are substantial and logistics networks span continents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own month-end close for all inventory accounts
• Manage excess and obsolescence reserve analysis and policy
• Partner with logistics to analyze freight cost variances
• Lead annual budget and monthly forecast for inventory and logistics
• Build and develop a team of 2 finance professionals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with inventory costing
• SAP ERP expertise in inventory and logistics modules
• Certified Public Accountant or equivalent certification

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or semiconductor industries
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced Excel skills including VBA
