You'll sit at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, turning business requirements into actionable implementation plans. This role offers direct influence on product roadmap through customer feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as trusted technical advisor on high-value implementations
• Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures
• Work with sales on technical discovery and integration blueprint
• Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide configuration decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or project management
• 4+ years client-facing delivery experience in high-paced environment
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Experience with ERP, HRIS, and API integrations
• Knowledge of fintech or payments industry
