💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end payroll operations for Poland within a global payroll team, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement and scalability of payroll processes. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with a distributed team and adopt automation and AI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process payroll accurately and on time for assigned jurisdictions.
• Validate payroll inputs, calculations, and post-payroll processes.
• Act as subject matter expert on country payroll requirements.
• Support implementation of payroll in new jurisdictions.

📋 Requirements

• Mid-to-senior experience in Polish payroll operations including end-to-end processing.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments or global organizations.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency in payroll tools and data analysis platforms.
