💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Stripe's Growth organization as a trusted advisor, using data to shape self-serve strategy and drive revenue. You'll directly support Stripe's next phase of growth by accelerating efficient customer acquisition and optimizing the self-serve business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic finance support for the Growth organization.
• Develop deep understanding of self-serve funnel dynamics.
• Own forecasting and planning for self-serve revenue.
• Build robust financial models for scenario planning.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Growth Finance, or Strategic Finance
• B.A. or B.S. degree in related field
• Proven track record of partnering with senior GTM and Product leaders
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience with large, multi-variable planning tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a high-growth technology or financial services company
• Anaplan or Tableau experience
• Advanced SQL skills
