💼 About This Role

You'll drive the hands-on execution of Thunes' stablecoin payment infrastructure, sitting at the intersection of blockchain, cross-border payments, and compliance. Your core impact will be leading end-to-end infrastructure integrations and collaborating with engineering squads to build and integrate wallet custody, transaction screening, and Travel Rule compliance. This is a delivery-focused role in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end integration of wallet infrastructure for custody and treasury management
• Integrate crypto transaction screening solutions for AML/CTF compliance
• Implement Travel Rule compliance workflows with protocol providers
• Manage backlog prioritisation across integration workstreams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with 2-3 years in digital asset infrastructure
• Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end vendor integrations (wallet, screening, Travel Rule)
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptography, and MPC wallet architecture
• Familiarity with crypto regulatory frameworks (MiCA, Travel Rule, VASP licensing)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Chainalysis, TRM Labs, or Elliptic
• Background in cross-border payments or regulated financial services
• Experience working with agile engineering squads
