You'll assist customers using Cin7's inventory management software, responding to support tickets and live chat inquiries. You'll develop troubleshooting and communication skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Gain hands-on experience with SaaS customer support and inventory management integrations.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to support tickets and live chat inquiries under guidance
- Troubleshoot and analyze issues to identify solutions
- Participate in proactive customer outreach including Zoom calls
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge base improvements
๐ Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, IT, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced team environment
